The meeting School of parents and guardians

Several times held in the multipurpose room of CATE, the traditional meeting “School of parents made its first release this Saturday, September 29, 2018 under the leadership of the Director of CATE on behalf of the school year 2018-2019 in the presence parents, guardians the CATE supervisory team and OVCs in foster and home families.

Thus, the focus was on three salient points:

Reading the annual report for the 2017-2018 school year: highlighting the results of the 2017-2018 school year, the decisions of the class and discipline councils of the said year held at CATE.
Reading of the minutes of the Parents ‘and Guardians’ School meeting of May 26, 2018: who reported in detail on the resolutions taken during the said meeting whose theme was: the contribution of parents and guardians in OVC supervision: What impact?
The exchange of parents, guardians, supervisors and OVCs: culminating point of this meeting where we could summarize the behavior of the children of the community through the intervention of different parents and guardians; the behavior of children in institutions through the intervention in turn of the framers. In addition, parents took the new CAES policy for the benefit of our OVCs through the apprenticeship of the trades and various trainings for socio-economic reintegration.
Taking the floor, the Director emphasized the importance of discipline and collaboration on the part of parents, guardians and OVCs because the union of supervisors and parents will be the strength to perfect the education of our children. This working session ended after four hours of time under a climate of mutual satisfaction. The next appointment was made for October 27th, 2018 at 10am in the hope of punctuality and a massive presence of parents at the next “Parent and Guardian School” meetings and a frank collaboration throughout this school year 2018-2019.
