The Cameroonian international basketball player, NBA Luc Mbah A Moute, visited the orphans of the Efoulan Temporary Home Center on July 26, 2014. Following him, a strong delegation including some members of the Embassy of United States in Cameroon, an American basketball coach, his communication officer, as well as the residents of his training center.
The arrival of this illustrious guest sparked a very special mobilization, which was warmly welcomed by residents and Center staff under the personal leadership of the Reverend Sister Executive Director. The purpose of the visit was to give smiles and hope for a better future to AIDS orphans and vulnerable children (OVCa) supervised by the Efoulan Temporary Home Center. To this end, the Cameroonian international has shown his altruism by granting a large donation in food, school supplies and hygiene products and maintenance. More importantly, there are promises that some eligible SCVs will now have the privilege of integrating their illustrious training center. Following this mark of support and encouragement, the Sister Director wished to express her deep gratitude to this illustrious visitor. “Good luck to the cooperation CAES-Mbah Training Center A Moute” .It is on these very reassuring terms that ended the visit of the basketball player at the Temporary Reception Center of Efoulan.
