EDUCATION / AWARENESS OF POPULATIONS : « LES CENTRES D’ACCUEIL DE L’ESPOIR » (CAES) TO PREGNANT WOMEN AND VICTIMS WHO COME IN THE CONTEXT OF IMMUNIZATION WITH THEIR PROGENITURE AT HOSPITAL OF DISTRICT OF MFOU

Education / Sensitization of vulnerable populations of poor communities, one of the activities of the CAES was the menu of the day during the descent of the Director General CAES accompanied by Martine REGENWETTER, representative of the Foundation Share.LU, partner association of the CAES, with pregnant women and those coming in the context of the vaccination with their offspring at the district hospital of MFOU on September 18, 2018.The CAES Community Educators were asked to lead a community conversation about family planning with this target.

This activity has drawn more than seventy (70) women who have been educated on the ins and outs of family planning. It should also be noted that this activity was one of the innovations introduced by the Education / Awareness operational unit.

In addition to the community conversation with these women, the Director General and the illustrious Host met with the District Health Chief of this health facility.

At the end of this activity, our partner welcomed the results obtained and urged the CAES to continue working in this direction.
