FIGHT AGAINST HIV AND OTHER SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS (STI)

The CAES are always shown in the fight against HIV and other Infections sexually Director.As in the usual, the party of National Unity (Cameroon national day) was given the opportunity once more to community educators of our association to educate and sensitize the greatest number of people by a campaign display.People were able to benefit from health information through a systematic placarding of educational messages related to the fight against HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases in the homes of community leaders, the members of associations as well as in health facilities in the city of Yaoundé and its surroundings.

In the end, more than one thousand five hundred (1500) posters and pamphlets with themes such as: sexually transmitted Infections (STIs); HIV/AIDS; Sex Education and HIV/AIDS; the social discrimination and HIV/AIDS, the Prevention of the mother-child Transmission of HIV (PMTCT) was posted to that effect.During this activity, the CAES were able to count on the support of community leaders of partner associations that have accompanied our educators community streets and alleys of all districts of Yaoundé.

After two days, a large number of population has been sensitized and educated and took appointment to the Cameroonian weeks of AIDS in November 2018.
